These terms apply to all repair jobs.

Quotes and approval

Work starts only after you approve parts and labour. If extra work comes up, I will ask before doing it.

Parts and labour

Final price is labour plus parts. Parts prices can change depending on what is available.

Collection and storage

Please collect your bike soon after I message you. I have limited storage space in the shed.

Safety and limitations

I repair what we agree and what is visible at inspection. Hidden faults may need a separate check.

Payment

Payment is due on collection. Accepted methods are cash or bank transfer.
